Wasamu is a portrait studio in Nairobi, by appointment. We work with families, professionals, brands and the people building things worth photographing properly.
How we work
The trust is built into how the studio is run.
Most photography studios in Nairobi compete on speed and price. We compete on what the photograph is like to look at, five years later, on the wall of someone you love.
Five working days delivery. Every time. Couple and family packages include a printed, mounted photograph — because the best portraits belong on a wall, not just a hard drive.
Every session is by appointment, shot in our studio on Ngong Road, and planned around what the photograph needs to do — not around a template.
