Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

• All bookings, including photography sessions, space hire, and 360 booth rentals, require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the session or rental.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

2. Packages, Outfit Changes & Family Shoots

• All photography packages include 2–3 outfit changes, except the Solo Shoot package, which includes 1 outfit change.
• Family or group shoots accommodate a maximum of 7 people.
• Each additional participant beyond 7 will be charged KES 500 per person.
• The studio reserves the right to limit the number of attendees for safety and comfort.

3. Photography Deliverables

• Standard turnaround time for edited photos is 3–5 working days.
• Additional edited photos outside the package are available at KES 650 per photo.
• Raw/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.
• Images may only be shared online or used for marketing if clients explicitly approve. Clients can request that their images remain private.
• Clients are granted usage rights as per their selected package.

4. Studio Conduct & Safety

• Clients and their guests must treat the studio, equipment, props, and furniture with care. Any damage will be billed at full replacement cost.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
• Wasamu Photography is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or lost/damaged property on the premises.
• Clients are responsible for supervising children and other attendees.

5. Space Hire

• Clients may hire studio space for personal or commercial projects.
• The studio provides full space and lighting equipment, but clients must bring their own cameras and lenses.
• Space hire bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the rental result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Clients are responsible for the safety of themselves, their team, and all equipment during space hire.

6. 360 Booth Rental

• The 360 booth is available for events or shoots.
• Clients must handle the booth carefully; any damage or misuse will be charged at full replacement cost.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the rental.
• Wasamu Photography provides operational support unless otherwise agreed.
• Cameras and lenses are not included.
